The Montclair Academy of Dance and Laboratory of Music
In 1998, Reggie Workman inaugurated MADLOM with Lisa Mozer and Maya Milenovic Workman into a non-profit performing arts laboratory; a transformative experience for students from ages three to eighteen.
Students explore their creative spirits through drumming African rhythms, dance, ballet, acting, film, spoken word, as well as strong performance techniques. Parents see the results in a focused and creative child, who has grown through the process and finds strength in the arts. The students gains knowledge to continue in a professional direction.
Students have the desire and imagination already. We help them put those thoughts and feelings into motion, so they can satisfy their creative core. MADLOM gives the students power and the voice to lead.
MADLOM honored Reggie on May 20, 2018, at BANGZ during their 20th anniversary celebration & gala in Montclair!
